What are the terms and conditions of your Refer a Friend Program?

REFER A FRIEND OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS

1. The promotion will be activated when your friend has registered using the SportsandCasino Refer-a-Friend link which has been made available on our website for you to distribute.

2. The Refer-a-Friend bonus of up to $100 will be credited to your account, only after the new referred player makes an initial minimum deposit of $25 and wagers that deposit one time or holds the initial deposit within the casino at least 30 days.

3. The referring friend must make at least one deposit in their account to be eligible to receive the Refer-a-Friend bonus

4. Current casino players will only receive the Refer-a-Friend bonus as per the following schema

• If the referral makes a deposit between $25 and $50, we will credit the account with a $25 free chip.
• If the referral makes a deposit between $51 and $100, we will credit the account with a $50 free chip.
• If the referral makes a deposit of $101 or above, we will credit the account with a $100 free chip.

5. The Refer-a-Friend bonus carries a 30x playthrough requirement and a maximum withdrawal amount based on the following schema:

• If your bonus amount is $25, the maximum withdrawal amount will be $250.
• If your bonus amount is $50, the maximum withdrawal amount will be $500.
• If your bonus amount is $100, the maximum withdrawal amount will be $500.

6. SportsandCasino reserves the right to restrict eligibility for a Refer-a-Friend bonuses if:

• The referee or the referred player are considered skilled or advantage players,
• We are unable to validate each players’ individuality,
• Is a family member, and the accounts match same street address,
• Uses the same payment account,
• Has the same IP address,
• It is found there is device association.

7. Players that already have an account with SportsandCasino cannot be referred.

8. SportsandCasino may request ID verification documents (i.e., government issued ID)

9. The referred account must use the referring party’s unique referral link during the signup process.

10. The referred player must make their initial deposit within 30 days of receiving the referral link.
