    • A friend I referred already made a deposit and I have not received a bonus; why?

    Please find the most common reasons why this might be: 

    • You need to allow 48hours for the promotion to be granted; perhaps this timeframe is not yet up. 
    • The link your friend signed up from was not the proper referral link and was not tracked to you. 
    • Confirm that both you AND your friend have made a minimum $25 deposit. 
    • If both parties are from the same household, the promotion will not be granted. 
    • If the new account is a duplicate account (i.e. the player already has an account at SportsandCasino), the promotion will not be granted.
